If you have already registered a domain name, you have to login into the domain management area at your current registrar and change DNS servers for your domain to ours.

Important! Please, point your domain to our DNS servers only if you use it for hosting with us.
Domains registered through us are delegated to our DNS servers automatically.

  1. Contact the current Domain Registrar or hosting provider through which your domain was registered. Ask them to unlock your domain name and provide you with the EPP code (Transfer code). The code should look something like this: ADD6CA412E354192
  2. Go to our order page. Type your domain name and the Transfer code, and finish the order with payment.
  3. We will send you an email with a link. Click the link to confirm the transfer. After that, the domain transfer to our registrar Pananames will begin. A domain name transfer takes 5-7 days usually.

Please note: when transferring a domain, it is renewed for one year. To initiate a domain transfer, you have to pay the invoice for the domain renewal (the invoice will be issued right after you order the transfer and will be sent to your email). The transfer itself is free.

What is a domain name?
