How quickly is my server setup?

After purchase, the installation of the server takes about 10-15 minutes. If you do not see this within 10-15 minutes of your purchase, please contact customer support.

How to connect to the server and start playing?

To join the server and start playing, you need to follow these instructions:

1. For ARK:SE
2. For CS:GO
3. For Arma 3

What is your average ping on game servers?

The ping will depend on the distance between your device and our server. Ping can be checked on our website.

Where are your game servers located?

Servers are located in the USA (Washington, Dallas, San Jose), the Netherlands (Amsterdam), Luxembourg and the UK (London).
You can choose the location of the server when buying it.

Can I use game plugins/mods?

Yes, we give you full access to your server so you can install and remove plugins and mods.

When will new server games be launched?

Additional server games are scheduled to launch in November 2022. Among them will also be Minecraft.
